The Quality of Life Foundation (QoLF) has become a leader in helping caregivers ensure that the veteran's medical needs are communicated and documented correctly within the veteran's VA medical record. Making sure the evidence of the veteran's need for assistance is correctly documented is what allows PCAFC to approve applications. Listen in to ensure that you are preparing correctly for new applications or reassessments. While the rule may change, the information on how to ensure that the medical record documents the veteran's need for assistance will remain the same.
